About Arlington Auto Electric

Located at 5949 Arlington Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211, Arlington Auto Electric operates as an auto electrical shop serving Jacksonville in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Jacksonville, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. The listed phone number is (904) 743-3900. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 24 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto electrical shop in Jacksonville and suggests consistent service.

Jacksonville is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Jacksonville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Terrible experience. I went to this shop looking for service for my car, and the way I was treated was very unpleasant. The moment they realized I didn't speak English, their attitude changed completely, and they made me feel like they didn't want to help me. At no point did they try to find a way to communicate or assist me. I felt treated with contempt simply because of the language I speak. As a customer, one expects respect and professional treatment, regardless of language. After this experience, I would neither return to nor recommend this shop. There are many businesses that understand that respect and customer service are paramount. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Super professional shop, AJ is a top notch technician. Our car had an electric problem that required extensive troubleshooting. The price we paid was very reasonable to say the least. I highly recommend this shop. A++++++

Would give it zero stars if I could. I called to look for some work and was answered by a hello. Then I said hello and was rudely told I called them not the other way around. Usually when you call a company you answer with a company name not just hello. Definitely not how to get a new customer.

I had a problem with my son's truck and I took it up there to Arlington Auto electric and the man was wonderful. He didn't take advantage of me cuz I was a woman. He didn't overcharge me. He didn't oversell me. He did what I needed and I appreciate that. I gave him five stars because I was very happy leaving. It only took a day to fix my son's truck. Fast and reasonable. I will be coming back
